First time buyer of the sunglasses versus the Transitional glasses.The sunglass specific is very dark .Very dark. When you walk inside you need to take them off ...Perfect for the beach ,desert or snow or even out deep sea fishing..The Transitional ones do not get that dark. These are exactly what I needed. These for me shut the sun down
