  I ordered two pair of Lealia frames, one for reading and one for distance. I got them very quickly. Both were so cute and great quality. The prescription was perfect for both. Unfortunately after about 6 months the distance frames hinge broke causing them to sit crooked on my face and fall down my nose. I contacted Lensmart about the issue and received a response within 24 hours. I sent them pictures of the frame and explained the issue. I asked for them to send me a replacement pair and without question they agreed. They were very helpful and responded extremely quickly during our conversations regarding the matter. I’m so happy because I absolutely love the frames and get compliments on them everywhere I go. I won’t purchase glasses from anywhere else!! Thank you Lensmart for such wonderful customer service! You get 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!
